How much does VetLevel cost?

$297/month for unlimited users, unlimited locations, and all current features. Plus a one-time $2,500 setup fee where we handle data migration, configuration, and training.

Can I cancel anytime?

Yes! VetLevel is month-to-month with no long-term contracts. You can cancel anytime with 30 days notice. We're confident you'll see the value and stay, but we don't lock you in.

Can I add locations later?

Yes! Unlimited locations at the same $297/month price. Whether you have 1 clinic or 10, the price stays the same. No per-location fees ever.

Setup & Training

How long does setup take?

7-10 days from signup to go-live. We handle data migration, configuration, and training. Your team's involvement is minimal - mostly answering questions about your clinic's preferences and reviewing the AI's training.

Do you offer training?

Yes! Training is included in the $2,500 setup fee. We provide comprehensive onboarding for your team, teaching them how to use the platform, monitor AI interactions, and override when needed. Your staff will be comfortable with VetLevel before we go live.

What happens to my current data?

We handle data migration as part of the $2,500 setup fee. Your existing patient records, client information, and appointment history can be imported into VetLevel. We ensure a smooth transition with zero data loss.

AI & Technology

Will the AI sound robotic?

No. Our AI is trained specifically on veterinary conversations. It knows what parvo is, how to answer vaccine questions, and when to escalate to your staff. It sounds like your clinic, not a generic call center. The AI understands DHPP from heartworm prevention, post-surgical care from wellness exams, and breed-specific needs.

How does the AI learn my clinic's voice?

During setup, we train the AI on your specific services, pricing, protocols, and communication style. You'll review sample conversations and provide feedback. Facebook & Social Media

Do I have to use Facebook?

No, but your pet parents do. They're searching for vets, reading reviews, and messaging pages with questions - especially after hours. The AI handles it entirely, so you never have to log in to Facebook. You just see the booked appointments and can review conversations in your VetLevel dashboard.

What if I want to post something manually?

You can override the AI anytime! The auto-posting feature is there to maintain consistency, but you always have manual control for special announcements, custom promotions, or specific messages you want to share.
